ORDERING PARTS OFF THE SHELF


How to Order? 

Call, email, or text. *Email is preferred.

Please Include:

  • A detailed list of all the parts you are wanting to order.

  • The quantities and finishes of each part.

  • Your contact / shipping information, including your phone number.

* If you are ordering parts from our exchange list - you must send your parts in first. NO EXCEPTIONS.

* If everything is in stock, we will pack up your order the same day and get it out to you.


HOW DO I PAY? (this has changed)

When your order is ready and shipping has been calculated, we will email a invoice for you to pay.

You may pay via any of the following, our goal has always been to offer ways to pay that don’t cost the cusomter or us any fees. This has gotten harder with many charging fees now. Your total due is net due to us, so if using a method that charges fees, you are responsible for covering them:

  • Venmo @ChrisRoyalty - Do not select goods/services

  • Zelle - 615-598-0024 - Add 1%

  • Cash App - $ChrisRoyaltyHRA

  • PayPal - chris@hotrodarcade.com - add 4% (International customers are able to send friends family/no fees)

  • Credit Card - contact me for a invoice this way - this will add 3%

  • Bank Transfer - contact me for the info needed to do this

We typically ship packages via UPS the same day, and we do our best to pack your items well.

WHEN SHIPPING AN ORDER TO US, please include:

  1. ALL contact info: Name, address, easiest phone number to reach you, email, dog's name, whatever you got!

  2. A detailed list of each part included. If it is a big order, please consider sending clear, printed pictures (this is very helpful and recommended. It also insures we don't miss anything).

  3. Detailed instructions on what you want done with each piece (i.e., chromed, purple powder, brass plated, etc.)

  4. Anything else we need to know about your parts. Do you need repairs? Have any special requests, etc.

Please keep in mind, custom orders usually take a long time (many months). If you are not ok with this, please do not send them. Sometimes the turn around is quicker, but many times not. This is why we are striving to carry more and more things for exchange so there is no wait. I want to be helpful but cannot control the time it often takes to get these types of jobs done. You’ve been warned! :)
