Ready to order parts or send yours in?
Start here.

Whether you're ordering a part from our shop or sending us something for exchange or custom work, this page will walk you through exactly what to do.

Step 1: How to Place an Order

The best way to order is by emailing us directly using the form on our contact page.

Include the following in your email:

  • A list of the parts you want (with quantities + finishes)

  • If you're doing an exchange: note that you'll be sending in your parts

  • Your full contact + shipping info (name, address, phone number)

We’ll confirm what’s in stock and get your order ready.

You’ll need to send us your parts first.
No exceptions.
Once we receive them, we’ll ship your freshly plated part in return.

If You're Ordering Exchange Parts:

Step 2: Shipping Parts to Us

Ship to:
Chris Royalty / Hot Rod Arcade
1022 Knight Rd.
Joelton, TN 37080

Include the following in your shipment:

  • Your full name, shipping address, phone number, and email

  • A detailed list of every part you’re sending

  • Printed photos for large or custom orders (highly recommended)

  • Instructions for what you want done with each part
    (chrome, powder color, repairs, etc.)

The more detail you give us, the better your results—and the less chance anything gets missed.

Step 3: How to Pay

Once your order is packed and shipping is calculated, we’ll email you an invoice.

We offer several payment methods, but please note: your total is net due—if your chosen method charges fees, you’re responsible for covering them.

Payment options:

  • Check (preferred, no fees)

    • Payable to: Hot Rod Arcade

  • Venmo: @ChrisRoyalty (Do not select goods/services)

  • Zelle: 615-598-0024 (Add 1%)

  • Cash App: $ChrisRoyaltyHRA

  • PayPal: chris@hotrodarcade.com (Add 4% unless using friends/family)

  • Credit card or bank transfer: Contact us for a custom invoice (adds 4%)

We typically ship via UPS and pack items with care. If everything’s in stock, we often ship the same day.

A Quick Word on Custom Orders

Custom plating and powder coating takes time—often 3–6 months. We want you to love the result, but please don’t send parts for custom work unless you’re okay with the wait.
